Events 2024

Events marked SSD are especially Suitable for Smaller Drascombes.

Members will find a link to a downloadable version of the application form in the Rally Toolkit in the Members section of the Forum.

If you would like some more information before deciding to attend any of the events all you need to do is to contact the organiser concerned - they will be glad to hear from you.

Scottish Region Winter MeetRob EvansUPDATE 18/9 This will be held at the new Royal Tay Yacht Club clubhouse. The format will be similar to previous years with a walk/cultural visit (weather dependent) after meeting at 11:00 hrs, followed by afternoon refreshments and business meeting at the clubhouse. The evening meal will be provided at the clubhouse by the outside caterers. A menu will be provided and choices will have to be made at least a week prior to the event. There will be a possibility of a walk/activity on the Sunday morning if there is enough interest. There is ample campervan space with a limited number of powered pitches. More details will be posted on the members' section of the forum.

Semaine du Golfe 2025Alan Williams13th edition of the Semaine du Golfe du Morbihan 2025. Monday 26th May to Sunday 1st June. Registration has now opened for anyone wishing to attend this event which is recognised as one of Europes most prestigious maritime heritage See link http://www.semainedugolfe.com

There is a default £5 registration fee for each event, payable to the organiser. Rallies are only open to members of the Association - details of how to join the Association are here.

On longer cruises it is best to plan as if you were going to make the trip on your own. Have adequate safety gear, communications, spare parts and tools to suit the itinerary. The other boats are there for company and reassurance, not to be relied upon for basic needs.

Please assist by timely informing the organiser of your intentions regarding participation, before and during the event.
