The order form is a PDF document for which you may need the free Adobe® Acrobat® Reader. If you haven't already got it, you can download it through the following link:

Please download and complete the order form. then email/ post it to the address given on the order form. You will then be sent an invoice. All garments are embroidered to order. Please allow 28 days for delivery.

Postage & Packing within the UK is now Included Larger orders please make contact.

Payment outside of UK: Payment via Paypal is preferred but please contact us for instructions and order reference (including cost of postage and packing) before ordering
